One-to-one guidance in yoga is a way to really make sure that you get what you need from your yoga practice. You might choose to just do a few sessions to help you overcome obstacles to joining group classes, or you might prefer an ongoing one to one practice. You might choose to focus on asana and fine tuning your physical practice, or you might choose to dive into meditation, relaxation and pranayama practice
One-to-one yoga sessions can be held online using Zoom or in some cases in my home in St Leonard’s on Sea, near Hastings.
